Edward Bright Hussey (1897-1976) graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in architecture in 1923. He worked during the summers for Julia Morgan, and spent the summer of 1921 in San Simeon working on the Hearst Castle. Hussey was the on-site architect for a number of Morgan projects, including the Honolulu YWCA and the Tokyo YWCA.
